Woocommerce cause 503

hi. Now I am using 8.4v of Woocommerce. and using the 8.0v PHP.
Now everytime I enter the index.html. it will show this error message

But if I direct enter some product url to enter,the page is normal but once I try to click the home logo and forward to index.html will be 503(no only home page,some page also became 503)
