I have a question and I hope you can help.

I redirected the links in my site after changing the premerlink structure. Does Google archive new links automatically or do I have to request indexing manually? Because I redirected two days ago and until today when I test the new link in the search console it tells me that the link does not exist.

  • Google will re-crawl your site and get the new links, but only when it’s ready to. Two days is really not much time, so you need to be patient and wait. Depending on how often Google crawls your site it could take anywhere from a few hours to a few months.

If you have proper redirects in place, then don’t worry it’s all good. If not, set them up ASAP and they will definitely help.
