Support » Fixing WordPress » Links not highlighted or underlined

  • Hi, I can create links on my posts however when I create them, they are not highlighted in different colour or underlined. The links work but don’t stand out and are not obvious for the reader to click. I have tried to edit by- selecting link and then clicking on ‘block’ but only text and background are able to be edited, there is no link option to edit. Can you please help?

  • It is very possible that some CSS is applied to the links and has removed their normal formatting. You can check that, from your browser inspector.

Hi, thank you for your replies. My theme is Cheer up theme. My website isn’t live at the moment as I am trying to tidy it up, after deleting and restoring ( it has a few errors unfortunately). Please find screenshot examples. https://imgur.com/a/0621X1i

    Many thanks again.

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://theme-sphere.com/support/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
