I have moved other PHP coded sites over the past 2 weeks and they are BLAZING fast on the new server.
When I moved WordPress, everything came to a screeching halt as the FastCGI process is using 100% of the Servers CPU. I’m not sure where to even look because in the hand coded (by me) PHP sites using FastCGI, they don’t use hardly any CPU at all but WordPress is eating 100%.
I’ve been googling for 2 days now to try and find solutions for this. I’ve tried changing multiple IIS, PHP settings. I’ve disabled all plugins, I’ve disabled CRON. I’m just at a loss for where to even look now. What could be causing the 100% CPU usage?

  1. Solved the issue with the Newspaper mobile theme path by toggling the on/off button.
To do this, navigate to Jetpack > Settings > Optimize your site for smartphones > OFF.
  2. Deactivating the Jetpack Plugin may solve your problem. This can be due to a conflict between the theme and Jetpack for creating a mobile-friendly site.

Lately I’m having problems loading the theme (newspaper) on mobile devices. At first it worked correctly, but for a few days on PC it loads well and looks as it should, but on mobile phones and tablets it appears with a different theme. I can’t see the full content of the website. On occasions I have managed to solve the problem but when I make a change or add a new entry it fails again. I have tried with and without AMP but the problem persists. I hope you can help me because I don’t know what else to do. Thank you. If necessary I can add them as managed so they can carry out checks from wordpress

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/really-simple-ssl-problem-2/#post-17386768 <![CDATA[Reply To: Really simple ssl problem]]> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/really-simple-ssl-problem-2/#post-17386768 Wed, 31 Jan 2024 09:47:54 +0000 grace55 If your website is showing that it has an SSL certificate but is not secured, you may be encountering an SSL certificate error. This issue can arise due to problems with the certificate itself or its configuration on the server.

Below are some tips to troubleshoot and resolve SSL issues:

First, you need to ensure that your SSL certificate is valid and not expired. An expired or invalid certificate can lead to security warnings. if your SSL certificate expire then you can follow this guide it mentioned how to renew ssl certificate.

next is to confirm that the SSL certificate is correctly installed on your server. Misconfigurations can prevent the browser from establishing a secure connection.

Now, check your server settings to ensure they are configured properly for SSL. Incorrect configurations can result in SSL errors.

next step is to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Cached data may be causing the browser to load an outdated or incorrect version of your site.

now you need to ensure that your server’s time and date settings are accurate. Incorrect time settings can cause SSL connection errors.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, it’s advisable to contact your domain host, dotroll.com, for further assistance in resolving SSL-related problems.
