Form worked fine for years then everything broke, all at once.

These forms worked fine for years, and then one day they all suddenly broke at once. Plugin support is non-existant, and I now have to spend days of my life trying to figure out what went wrong, all while clients that I have implemented these contact forms for have lost business because customers can’t contact them. Random update recently seems to have updated short codes and caused multiple issues that can’t be resolved. Avoid.
