  • Fairly useful for a sidebar. Mini checkout is cool but you can’t edit much. Just the background-color, color and link color for the parent block. Can’t do anything with the child blocks.

    Looks like a custom checkout page template can be created but I haven’t tried it yet.

    Most everything else has the standard non-editable parent block for catalog, product category, single product.

    Do not remove this block! Removing this will cause unintended effects on your store.

    This is a placeholder for the WooCommerce Product Taxonomy Block. In your store it will display the actual product image, title, price, etc. You can move this placeholder around and add more blocks around it to customize the template.

    You can add stuff around our ugly design that you can’t change at all.

    Yeah, gee, thanks for that.

  • Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. This definitely isn’t the final experience we’re working towards. I’d be interested in understanding what would be “must have” customization options that you would like to see among the blocks you’ve tried.

    @nerrad

    We need to be able to edit the names of the fields, change their orders, sizes, etc… and be able to let the promo code run?

    In short: something that Shopify has been doing for years :’)

    Hi again @mmk31,

    Thank you so much for your feedback! We’ll be sure to share your thoughts with our engineering team so that they can make future improvements to WooCommerce Blocks.

    As @nerrad mentioned, we’re working toward making WooCommerce Blocks better. If there is any additional information you’d like to share, it would be very beneficial. If you could provide screenshots, it would be even better.

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:
