Puran Realty is an online real estate portal based on wordpress platform. Puran Realty uses a premium wordpress theme realtorpress and has been customized to meet the client requirement.

We have customized the search functionality for the ability to search properties type, city, different budgets etc. Submit property has been highly customized to include each and every fields required for an online property listing. We have used goolge maps API’s to generate map based on the address provided by the user. The listing page has been customized to display all inforamtion entered for property listing.

Jquery based Slider to view property images, faster and high turn-around time. Custom Email Templates have been created when a listing is being submitted and geneated to admin for review and them only the listing is activated. A custom admin interface is created for different fields realted to listings.

CNCIND has been designed and developed in wordpress platform. It was previously built into MODx Platform, the requirement was to convert the website into WP CMS for better flexibility and secutiry.

In order to move into wordpress platform a new WP theme was developed that meets all requirement to manage the website from the back-office. The most challenging part was that almost each section of the website had a different template design, to overcome this challenge and provide best flexibility Square One Team created different page templates for each of the pages of the website. The back-end administrator only needs to pick the right template from the template drop-down and publish the page.

Created a CCS / JS Dropdown Menus which are highly customized from the wordpress admin itself. New items can be added or edited, the apperance of the menus can be changed, over and above this the Number of Level can be selected for the drop-down menus.

There was a particular requirement from the client to display latest post from a particular category in a particular order. In order to acheive this functionality anbd can be used for future projects, we created a wordpress plugin which satisfies this functionality not only for a particular theme but can be used with any theme in wordpress.

Premium Slider Plugin was customized to meet the design of the website, loading time and to use with other javascript frameworks other then jQuery such as prototype.

In order to support SEO for the website SEO Ultimate Plugin has been used, with custom permalinks
to support SEO Friendly URL’s.

Provotes has been designed and developed using php based open source wordpress platform. WordPress was previously known for CMS (Content Management System) development but now its more mature and well known as CMF (Content Management Framework).
Provotes offers unique top ten lists where users can vote for their favorite products and services. When you vote on your favorite products or services, the most voted products are automatically ranked according to the number of votes. Provotes makes it possible to know which products and services are most recommended by consumers worldwide. Know what others think about a specific product or service and share your views with the whole world. You can also write reviews to let others know your views about specific products and services in our top ten lists.
Provotes has a cool ajax based voting system to vote for the products and services. This has been built as a wordpress plugin. The plugin is smart enough to identify the IP address of the computer to prevent it from voting an item for multiple times. Voting experience is very seamless as the system is ajax based where no postback or refresh of a page occurs, results are straight away shown up in terms of percentage when a product / service is being clicked for a vote by the end-user.
The website is well-organized through categories which list the products and services. Custom widgets are build for the theme to show top ten lists, popular topics through tag cloud functionality. Over and above this the entire website can be configured and controlled through the admin panel.

NewWave Media Online is an online informative website for latest healthcare, business and technology related news. The website is divided into different categories and each categories contains articles/post that are latest and relevant to the category.
NewWave Media Online is built using the powerful wordpress platform. We have created a brand new theme to make the look similar to the existing parent website http://www.newwavemktg.com.
We have used and customized some powerful wordpress plugins such as Autoblogged, Google XML Sitemap, Wp-paginate etc. We have created widgetized areas in the theme to mangage sidebar from back-end system.
In order to create a closer connection between the post and their authors we have created author template system in wordpress platform. A separate permalink (permanent link) has been created for each author which can be bookmarked by the readers to read the latest post from their best authors.
